Mudgee Cheese Company Makes Big Splash In The Industry

Mudgee’s High Valley Cheese Company has once again been acknowledged by a panel of esteemed Chef’s for their Delicious Cheese.
This time, Delicious Australia has rewarded them the honour of a State Award for their Fetta.
Owner and cheesemaker, Shaun Barry, says that they are really proud to have been announced as a State Level winner in the 2020 delicious Harvey Norman Produce Awards.
High Valley say they are proud of their dedication to the paddock to plate philosophy, creating their award-winning cheeses from locally sourced milk from Little Big Dairy Co and marinade oils from the Mudgee region, with the small family owned and run business attracting thousands of visitors to their boutique stall on Ulan Road each year.
In order to be eligible for the awards, participants must be nominated by a restaurant that highly regards their produce and deems it worthy of judgement by fellow restaurant industry peers.
Shaun also says that it’s always good to be acknowledged for your product and efforts.
