What’s happening these school holidays?


Mudgee Lions Club are having a Family Fun Day on Thursday 6th July in the Mudgee Rugby Club House Grounds 10-2.

Entry is $5 or $15 for a family. Free sausage sandwich and drink as part of the entry fee and the chance to win a family pass to Dubbo Zoo.

Jumping Castle, Obstacle Course and loads of fun activities. A chance to win the Golden Lion gift pack and a birthday cake to celebrate Lions International’s centenary.

 

Kids in Mudgee have the opportunity to join Figtree Food Company in the ancient art of

growing food from seed, and taking it home to watch it grow.

In the afternoons, Figtree will team up with Lawson School of Music and Bella Djemballa, Mudgee’s African Drumming group. The afternoon will combine a garden tour with African drumming right in the garden.

Thurs 6 July 10.30-1.00 Seed Planting Workshop Primary School Kids

Thurs 6 July 1.30-3.30 Permaculture Garden Tour and African Drumming –all ages

Wed 12 July 10.30-1.00 Seed Planting Workshop High School Kids

All sessions are $ 35.00 pp.

Online ticket sales close at 4pm Friday 7 July. Cash sales will still be available at the Cinema on the weekend, if not previously sold out. Cash sales can also be made at Mudgee Library on Thursday 6 July and Friday 7 July between 1pm and 4pm only.



Mayne St Café in Gulgong are hosting cupcake decorating or the chance to design a crazy shake, as well as a paster to paint and keep.

$20 per child, includes food, drinks, games and activities.
