The Mudgee Community Health Centre is encouraging the Mudgee community to visit the “Make Health a Lasting Change” Expo. Held from Midday today (Monday February 4th).

Senior Dietitian, Penny Small says that the expo is where the Lasting Changes team, Mudgee Community Health Centre Staff and some of the Community Partners, will provide information and help get Mudgee residents to make an action plan for improving their health in a way that makes the changes last.

She says that part of the expo will also include helping people meet other health providers like gyms and pharmacies that are in Mudgee and ready to help you get your 2019 health journey on the way”.

The Expo is a free event and open to everyone, and will be held at the Junior Rugby League Club, Lewis St, next to Hospital between 12 and 4pm today.
