The Baker William’s Distillery in Mudgee has joined other businesses in surrounding regions, such as Dubbo, to help replenish medical supplies.

Some small businesses are using their resources to supply and stabilise stock of hand sanitiser in medical practices as the fight against COVID-19 carries on.

Member for Dubbo, Dugald Saunders, says “Less than a month ago we faced a global shortage of sanitiser and other personal protective equipment products, and a call was made for businesses to step up and help meet this urgent challenge”

Baker Williams has changed up some of their manufacturing, to produce hand sanitiser for distribution to Mudgee Medical Centre, Mudgee Radiology and the Orana Mid-Western Police district.
